Program Assistant Position Opening
SOURCE RW is seeking a part-time Program Assistant! As the Program Assistant, you (or someone you know!) will find yourself:
Providing excellent assistance to SOURCE RW clients by answering questions about workshops, assisting with enrollment, and responding to client inquiries about other programs, resources, and services;
Maintaining online course calendars and attendee information;
Learning to use Salesforce database (a highly sought after skill in the business world!);
And so much more, all to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
The Program Assistant position is unique in that the hours will fluctuate depending on the time of year. Spring and Fall semesters will be 12-16 hours/week while summer will ramp up to 20+! Perfect for a college student with a bit more free time in the summer.
