Moved to a full governance board
Effective this summer, SOURCE River West Entrepreneurship Center has officially been issued nonprofit status by the Indiana Secretary of State. This means that SOURCE RW is incorporated and recognized in the state of Indiana as an organization with legal status. With this change in status also comes a shift in SOURCE RW governance. IUPUI will continue to support SOURCE RW as its fiscal agent and the board of directors, previously acting as an advisory board, has now moved to a full governance board. In the near future, SOURCE RW will be filing the paperwork to receive federal tax exempt status as well. Watch for future articles and profiles of the board members. Big things are happening!
