VENDOR Application

Please complete the following application to be considered for a vendor spot at the Shopping with SOURCE pop-up event!

There is a $15 vendor fee. Once approved as a vendor, you will receive more information.

This event will be Saturday, August 17 from 11am-2pm.

It will take place at SOURCE River West Entrepreneurship Center (2230 W. Michigan St.).

Each vendor will be given access to one 6ft x 2ft table and chairs on a first come, first served basis based upon the date/time of vendor fee payment. Vendors are welcome to bring products to sell, coupons, flyers, informational brochures, etc.

We ask that someone from your business be present the entire duration of the event unless otherwise discussed with SOURCE staff.
